Parking Restrictions.
Parking in the parking lot is for permit parking only. These areas are marked by “Permit Parking Only” signs. If a vehicle is parked in these spots and does not have a “Resident Parking Permit” in the front driver side windshield, it will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE IN THE PARKING LOT if you do not have a Resident Parking Permit.
Guest Parking.
Guest parking is street parking on 9th Avenue in front of the 120 and 140 buildings.
Towing Company.
If your vehicle was parked in these spots without a sticker, ABC Towing Company may have towed your vehicle. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to contact the tow company and pay any applicable fees.
