To ensure our residents have parking availability, we implement permit parking restrictions.

Parking Restrictions.
Parking on the “building side” of the parking lot is for permit parking only. This includes the parking spots directly in front of the 1685 Crestwood building and the parking spots of the North side parking lot. These areas are marked by “Permit Parking Only” signs. If a vehicle is parked in these spots and does not have a “Resident Parking Permit” in the front driver side windshield, it will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
1675 Crestwood Parking.
The parking spots on the North side of the buildings (the side lot) are for 1675 Crestwood residents only.
1685 Crestwood Residents should utilize the East parking lot in front of the 1685 building.
Guest Parking.
Guest parking is permitted in all of the parking spots on the East side of the parking lot in the parking spots that face the school on Burr Street.
Towing Company.
If your vehicle was parked in these spots without a sticker, ABC Towing Company may have towed your vehicle. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to contact the tow company and pay any applicable fees.
