For each pet (cat or dog) that the tenant wishes to have with them on the property, both a pet deposit and a biweekly pet fee of $25 must be paid.
The tenant may choose to pay a refundable pet deposit equivalent to the security deposit to move in, or a nonrefundable half deposit. For example, for a 2 bedroom apartment, the tenant would pay a refundable pet deposit of $1,280 or a nonrefundable deposit of $640 in addition to the biweekly pet fee.

The apartments are located at 127 Harrington Ave, Crown Point. There are three apartment buildings that make up our complex: 123, 125, and 127.

The standard apartment tenant will be responsible for rent, utilities, which include water and trash collection and will appear as a monthly bill for $35, and electric service through NIPSCO. In order to move in, the tenant must pay a reservation payment equivalent to their first biweekly rent payment and a security deposit double the biweekly rent price.
