We offer 2 bed/2 bath units and 2 bed/1 bath units at Arbor Court. While our 2 bed/ 2 bath units go for $1,400 per month, our 2 bed/1 bath units generally go for $1,150 per month, though there are a few that offer certain amenities that bring their value up to $1,400 per month.

Our security deposits are equivalent to one month of rent rent. For example, you would pay a $1,400 security deposit for a 2 bed/2 bath in addition to the 1st month's rent.

For each pet (cat or dog) that the tenant wishes to have with them on the property, both a pet deposit and a monthly pet fee of $50 must be paid.

The tenant may choose to pay a refundable pet deposit equivalent to the security deposit to move in, or a nonrefundable half deposit. For example, for a 2 bed/2 bath, the resident would pay a refundable pet deposit of $1,400 or a nonrefundable deposit of $700 in addition to the monthly pet fee.

The standard apartment tenant will be responsible for rent and utilities. Utilities that has to be put in the tenant's name are Monticello Sewer and Water and Nipsco for gas and electric.

In order to move in, the tenant must pay a their first rent payment and security deposit.
