  • Rent for our studio apartments is $300 biweekly, for our 1 bedroom apartments rent is $425 biweekly, and for our 2 bedroom apartments rent is $500 biweekly.

  • Our security deposits are double the biweekly rent price. For a studio apartment, the security deposit would be $600, for a 1 bedroom the deposit would be $850, and for a 2 bedroom the deposit would be $1,000.   • We are pet friendly!

    For each pet (cat or dog) that the tenant wishes to have with them on the property, both a pet deposit and a biweekly pet fee of $25 must be paid.

    The tenant may choose to pay a refundable pet deposit equivalent to the security deposit to move in, or a nonrefundable half deposit. For example, for a 1 bedroom apartment, the tenant would pay a refundable pet deposit of $850 or a nonrefundable deposit of $425 in addition to the biweekly pet fee.
