  • We offer 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. For our remodeled 1 bedroom apartments, rent is $450 biweekly, and rent for our remodeled 2 bedroom apartments is $500 biweekly. Our biweekly payment schedule lines up with most paydays and makes planning for rent easier!

  • Our security deposits are double the biweekly rent price. For a 2 bedroom, the deposit would be $1,000. We offer flexible security deposits through our provider, Rhino. Check Rhino out, here.

  • For each pet (cat or dog) that the tenant wishes to have with them on the property, both a pet deposit and a biweekly pet fee of $25 must be paid.

    The tenant may choose to pay a refundable pet deposit equivalent to the security deposit to move in, or a nonrefundable half deposit. For a 2 bedroom, the refundable pet deposit would be $1,000 and the nonrefundable deposit would be $500.

  • Our apartments are located at 135 and 141 33rd Ave SW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. These two buildings make up our quiet, residential complex nestled just off 6th Street SW.

    The location offers convenient access to Highway 30 and I-380, making commuting easy. Nearby, you’ll find shopping and dining options along Wilson Avenue, as well as parks, schools, and public transportation. We're also just a short drive from downtown Cedar Rapids and major employers in the area.

  • The standard apartment tenant will be responsible for rent, utilities, which include water and trash collection and will appear as a biweekly bill for $17, electric service through Alliant, and gas through Midamerican.     In order to move in, the tenant must pay a reservation payment equivalent to their first biweekly rent payment and a security deposit double the biweekly rent price. The reservation payment also counts towards your first biweekly rent payment!
