  • We offer 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, but traditional/non-remodeled and remodeled units. Rent for our traditional 1 bedrooms is $375 biweekly, and for our traditional 2 bedroom apartments, rent is $425 biweekly. For our remodeled 1 bedroom apartments, rent is $450 biweekly, and rent for our remodeled 2 bedroom apartments is $500 biweekly.

  • For each pet (cat or dog) that the tenant wishes to have with them on the property, both a pet deposit and a biweekly pet fee of $25 must be paid.

    The tenant may choose to pay a refundable pet deposit equivalent to the security deposit to move in, or a nonrefundable half deposit. For example, for a 2 bedroom apartment, the tenant would pay a refundable pet deposit of $850 or a nonrefundable deposit of $425 in addition to the biweekly pet fee.

  • The apartments are located at buildings 135 and 141 33rd Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. There are two buildings that make up our complex.

  • The standard apartment tenant will be responsible for rent, utilities, which include water and trash collection and will appear as a biweekly bill for $17, electric service through Alliant, and gas through Midamerican.     In order to move in, the tenant must pay a reservation payment equivalent to their first biweekly rent payment and a security deposit double the biweekly rent price.
