Our security deposits are double the biweekly rent price. For our remodeled 2-bedroom units, the security deposit would be $950. Ask us about our flexible security options offered through Rhino.

For each pet (cat or dog) that the tenant wishes to have with them on the property, both a pet deposit and a biweekly pet fee of $25 must be paid.

The tenant may choose to pay a refundable pet deposit equivalent to the security deposit to move in, or a nonrefundable half deposit. For example, the tenant would either pay a refundable pet deposit of $950 or a nonrefundable deposit of $475 in addition to the biweekly pet fee.

Our apartment complex consists of eight buildings located at 5502, 5504, 5508, 5510, 5540, 5542, 5550, and 5552 Kirkwood Blvd SW in Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.

The standard apartment tenant will be responsible for rent, utilities, which include water and trash collection and will appear as a biweekly bill for $17, electric service through Alliant, and gas through Midamerican. Citizen Home Solutions, one of our included service providers, is equipped to help you set up your utilities at no cost.

In order to move in, the tenant must pay a reservation payment equivalent to their first biweekly rent payment and a security deposit double the biweekly rent price. We also require a one-time $50 onboarding fee for tenants. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the onboarding process and ensures a smooth transition into our community.
