For each pet (cat or dog) that the tenant wishes to have with them on the property, both a pet deposit and a monthly pet fee of $50 must be paid.

The tenant may choose to pay a refundable pet deposit equivalent to the security deposit to move in, or a nonrefundable half deposit. For example, for the 3 bed/2 bath, the resident would pay a refundable pet deposit of $1,500 or a nonrefundable deposit of $750 in addition to the monthly pet fee.
