At MJN Rental Management, we are committed to ensuring that any issues or concerns you have are addressed promptly and fairly. This Formal Complaint Form is the proper channel for submitting any formal complaints, and we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible so that we can resolve your issue efficiently.

You can formally submit your complaint using our online form below. Please include your name, address, and a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting documentation (photos, emails, etc.) to help us better understand and address your concern.

Is it an Emergency?

If your complaint involves an urgent issue (such as safety concerns, loss of heat, or a broken lock), please mark it as URGENT when submitting. You should also contact us immediately via our office phone number to ensure that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please see below for what to expect following your submission.

What to Expect After Submitting

Once we receive your formal complaint, we will confirm receipt within 5 business days. From there:

  • For non-emergency complaints, we will review the issue and provide you with a response, including our proposed resolution, within 10 business days.

  • For emergency complaints, we will take action within 24 hours, or as quickly as possible depending on the severity of the issue.

Not Satisfied with the Resolution?

If you are not satisfied with our initial response or resolution, you can request an escalation. Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior team member, and we will provide you with a final decision within 5 business days.

We take every complaint seriously and operate under a strict no retaliation policy. You can feel safe submitting a formal complaint without fear of any negative consequences, such as changes in your rental terms or any other retaliatory action.
