Below are the documents we need to finalize processing your application:
Picture of Driver’s License
Last month of paystubs
Last month of bank statements
PDF copy of your Credit Report OR our Tenant Screening Service, which has a fee of $30 (both are soft credit checks and DO NOT affect your credit). If you choose to pull your credit yourself for free, you can use CreditKarma.com or AnnualCreditReport.com and upload the detailed PDF below.

We only accept PDF copies of your credit report. If you're unable to obtain your report yourself, we can pull it for you for a $30 fee, which will be sent via email. If there is no second or third applicant, please leave those sections blank.
Please include copies of all documents for anyone over 18 who will be living in the property.
